How long does the process take?

The photography itself only takes few seconds. Optimization and editing usually takes anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes depending on the effects you choose and how many eyes are in your photo. 
We offer instant premium metallic prints (included in each package) to take home which will add 1-2 minutes to the process.

Total process should not take more than 8-10 minutes for an individual Iris.

Do I need an appointment?

No, you do not need an appointment to get your Iris picture taken with us.  However, if you'd like to make the process quicker, you can fill out the form by clicking here (https://form.jotform.com/221027562631145)or boooking an appointment through our website.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

We offer our Iris photography from the age of five. (As long as the person is able to stay steady for us to take the picture) and with parental permission. Guardian permission form will have to be filled out prior to the process.

We believe that our gift cards are a great gift for your special someone, whether it's your friend, girlfriend, wife, or family! 
All gift cards are non-refundable.

What are your opening hours?

Our operating hours for the LA County Fair will be:
- May 5th-May 29th
- Thursday-Sunday: 11AM-10PM

Eye Print and Covid-19

Accepted Answer

For us, top hygiene is extremely important. We disinfect our photo box, card readers and all surfaces before and after every customer. We also use a new disposable medical protective wrap sheet on our chin and head rest before every appointment and dispose them right after.
Distance regulations are always up to date with the CDC Guidelines.
